Welcome to my Inner Orchard!

The Inner Orchard has always been my refuge from the everyday world.  Like the Sacred Groves of the ancient Druids, it has been a place of retreat from the mundane, where I seek connection with the spirits of root and sky.  The Orchard has been sown with the seeds of a million half forgotten inspirations, and allowed to grow wild from neglect while I tried to focus on the day-to-day grind.

No more! – The time has come to wander those nearly forgotten paths, and to see what fruit these strange trees will yield.

My name is Shaun Paul, and I began my journey with a Bachelors Degree in Fine Art from the University of Texas at Arlington, with concentrations in Ceramic Sculpture and Painting.  Since then, I’ve wandered through a number of professions, learning new skills and media along the way.

While presently working primarily in wood, my experience with Design, Painting, Sculpture, and Photography all a have significant influence on my style, and I have never been shy about introducing elements from other media to achieve a desired result.

Welcome to the Inner Orchard!  Please free to visit my Gallery page or head on over to my Artists Blog where I go into greater detail about the how’s and why’s of my various projects.  If you are interested in purchasing any of my work, please check out my Shop on Etsy!

Attention ArtsGoggle 2023 Patrons!

This was my 1st year as a participating Artist at Fort Worth’s ArtsGoggle, and I met so many awesome folks who expressed an interest in my work!  If there was something you saw on display in my booth that you are interested in, please follow the link to my Etsy shop and if I still have it available, you can message me there and we can make arrangements for both sale and local delivery.  If we spoke about a commission, you can also message me through my Etsy Shop, or you can email me at questions@innerorchard.com and I’ll be happy to discuss the possibilities with you.  Please note, my queue is full through the remainder of this year and I will not be able to begin any commission work until late January 2024.
